چکیده
Most studies of radioadaptive response (RAR) in vivo have revealed its effective induction both by chronic and single irradiation a human organism with low doses. The classical way the for-mation RAR on peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) was noted as occupationally irradiated personnel residents areas increased natural or man-made accidental high background radiation. In some studies, liquidators Chernobyl accident children liv-ing pollution zone showed phenomenon increasing radiosensitivity PBL. A comparative analysis influence two types radiation (gamma betta) close RBE comparable effectiveness to induce an adaptive PBL mode exposure long term. Evidence also obtained study DNA end-points chromosomal damage. experiment effect neutrophils elderly people (age 63-84 years) induced acute gamma-rays wide range doses (0.1; 0.25; 1; 4 10 Gy) greatest radioresistance their phagocytic lysosomal activity is shown. Increased individual chromosomal radiosensitivity of human lymphocytes as a parameter of cancer risk.
AIM Evaluation of chromosomal radiosensitivity of healthy individuals and determination those with the increased susceptibility to radiogenic cancer. METHODS Cytogenetic examination of radiation induced injuries in lymphocytes of healthy individuals (n=103) was carried out on the basis of G(2)-assay. Test system of peripheral blood lymphocytes with metaphase analysis was used. RESULTS On th...
متن کاملActive caspase-3 expression levels as bioindicator of individual radiosensitivity.
Several molecules and events involved in cell response to radiation-induced damage have been investigated towards a personalized radiotherapy. Considering the importance of active caspase-3 in the proteolytic cascade that ensures radiation-induced apoptosis execution, this research was designed to evaluate the expression levels of this protein as a bioindicator of individual radiosensitivity. P...
متن کاملHuman Dignity as a Criterion for Science Policy
I ncreasingly, the question of whether some forms of research, such as human cloning, infringe notions of human dignity has been proposed as a primary justifi cation for the development of science policy. This is understandable. A commitment to human dignity is a widely shared value and the foundation for our understanding of human rights. The preamble to the Universal Declaration of Human Righ...
متن کاملA criterion for adaptive autoregressive models
A criterion, similar to the information criterion of a stationary AR model, is introduced for an adaptive (non-stationary) autoregressive model. It is applied to nonstationary EEG data. It is shown that the criterion can be used to determine the update coefficient, the model order, and the estimation algorithm.

The use of scientometric indicators to evaluate scholar articles and scientist in academic settings is one of the most challenging topics.(1) These indicators can be influenced by diverse and different factors, including the context in which the assessment activity is performed to measure the productivity and publications of the scientist or scholar. One of these indicators, which is currently...
